How to send messages for bookings imported from an OTA

The messaging integration is only available for the connection with Airbnb and HomeAway/VRBO. You can easily use the messaging system inside Lodgify to send and receive your guests’ messages. For Booking.com the message integration is limited to the sending of the automatic emails two days before the guest's arrival and two days after departure. For any other communication with your guests, you will need to continue to use the external partner messaging system.
