How to edit or cancel a booking imported from an OTA

If you are connected to an OTA (Online Travel Agency) through our channel manager, all your bookings are imported from the external platform into Lodgify. In order to make modifications to bookings or cancel a booking, however, you need to do so directly in the source platform. The only exceptions here are bookings that come from HomeAway/VRBO! 🎉 You can modify their quotes, stay dates, rooms, or cancel them directly inside Lodgify. All these actions work the same way as for any internal Lodgify booking. To find out more, have a look here.
