How to manage cleaning fees when connected to an OTA

Depending on the platform that you are connected to, cleaning fees are handled one way or the other. For channel manager connections with Booking.com and Expedia, no cleaning fees are exported. You will, therefore, need to set up cleaning fees directly in your Booking.com Extranet or the Expedia Partner Central Portal.
